The beneficiaries and their rights in the Liechtenstein Foundation

The rights to which the beneficiaries are entitled depend on the category of beneficiaries to which they belong. Depending on the concrete design, the beneficiaries have different rights, which are essentially aimed at enforcing their own beneficiary status on the one hand, but on the other hand at ensuring that the foundation is administered in accordance with the law and the articles of association. In this way, a high degree of confidentiality is maintained vis-à-vis the outside world and appropriate control can be ensured without incurring additional costs.
