As neither the EU Regulation 1215\/2012 (Regulation on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters) nor the Lugano Convention are applicable in Liechtenstein, Liechtenstein law is more restrictive than in other European countries when it comes to the recognition of judgments.
