How institutions protect themselves against liability suits

The governing bodies of a company are obliged to comply with all restrictions set by law as well as the articles of association and other company law requirements. If these far-reaching legal and contractual framework conditions, which are often difficult to keep track of in everyday business, are not observed, the decision-makers of companies are often confronted with liability issues.
