Loss of confidence in boards of trustees, amendments to the Liechtenstein Chamber of Trustees’ Code of Professional Conduct

Intransparency, excessive costs and conflicts of interest – Liechtenstein’s fiduciary sector has faced strong criticism in the past. To ensure that clients of the financial market are once again provided with the best possible service in the future, the Liechtenstein Chamber of Trustees has amended its Code of Professional Conduct.
