accordance with the professional requirements obliged by lawyers.

We process personal data, necessary for the implementation of our services which is provided voluntarily to us.
A complete provision is necessary in order to successfully process our orders, therefore a
limitation of personal data could lead to the challenge of a mandate. All personal data is
saved and entered on our internal server in our office.

data for purposes that are covered by the mandate agreement. Personal data is primarily
processed for the purpose of fulfilling our mandate, thus we process them for justification,
administration and the transaction of the contractual relationship.
Personal data is processed especially for legal representation in all domestic and foreign
courts, all national and international courts as well as in arbitral tribunal and in front of
authorities. If necessary, personal data is transmitted to third parties, which observe the
GDPR and also properly declare their obligation to observe its rules.
In addition, data processing takes place for the purpose of maintaining customer
relationships and for the purpose of self-promotion.
The collected data is necessary for proper fulfilment of the order, as it is not possible to
maintain the contractual relationship without this data.

consent of the individual or for the fulfilment of contract. To fulfil the mandate, it may also be
necessary to transmit personal data to third parties (e.g. insurance companies, service

personal data between our branches is also possible.

Essentially, personal data given by our customers is stored in our law office within the
provided and neccessary extent until the end of the business relationship. In addition,
personal data is stored due to legal obligation to the extent allowed by law and for this legal
period.

precautions, which assure protection against unauthorized access and prevent data
breaches.
In case of any data breach, we will promptly report to the affected person and the relevant
authority.
